Admission

“The school is primarily intended for Indian children.  All students are expected to follow the curriculum prescribed by the school.

A student seeking admission to KG. I must be between three to four years of age as on 01st April of the academic session concerned.  A corresponding scale of age is fixed for successive classes.admission-procedure-87ccb2fefa8f9c52d6b055439f159f49

A student seeking admission will be given oral/written test at the time of admission.  The decision of the school authorities regarding the entrance test will be final.  In the case of students moving from one Indian School to another, no admission test will be conducted and admission will be given as a matter of course, subject to availability of seats.

Documents to be submitted along with the Admission Form at the time of registration are as follows:

  1. Health Record of ward (HR)

  2. Passport Copy of Father (PP-F)

  3. Passport Copy of Mother (PP-M)

  4. Passport Copy of Ward (PP-C)

  5. Birth Certificate (BC)

  6. Transfer Certificate (TC)

  7. Resident Card Copy of Father & Mother

  8. Progress Report / Statement of Marks/Grades of the last assessment/exam attended duly attested by the Principal (from KG. II onwards).

  4. Passport Copy of Ward (PP-C)

  1. Progress Report / Statement of Marks/Grades of the last assessment/exam attended duly attested by the Principal (from KG. II onwards).

For admission to Class II and higher classes, Transfer Certificate in original from the last school attended duly signed by the Head of the Institution and counter-signed by the Regional Officer (CBSE)/District Education Officer (DEO) of the area where the school is located.  For admission to Classes IX and X it is mandatory to obtain the counter- signature of the Regional Officer of CBSE on the transfer certificate.

Please Note:  Admission will be granted only if all the above mentioned documents are submitted at the time of registration.

Parents, seeking admission for their wards after April month of the academic session concerned, shall submit the fees receipt from April month onwards (duly attested by the Principal of the previous school) as documentary evidence in support of the fees paid.  Failing which, full fees will be charged from April onwards of the academic session concerned.

Application for admission should be made on the prescribed form by the Parents.  Admission Form can be either downloaded from the School Website or obtained from the School Office.  Admission to all classes is conducted tentatively from first week of March.

In no case shall a student be permitted to attend the class without formal admission.”
